You're going to go to the drugstore, pick up and send in a blood test, and it's going to tell you whether you have an incipient cancers in your body against some large-n number of potential cancers. If you get a positive, you'll do a second-tier test and it'll guide your treating oncologist to the exactly best-targeted therapy.

This may include lung, breast(mammogram hello), and kidney. Bowel cancer is rarely caught,on imaging before symptoms(much more likely on colonoscopy). But then you have cases of people dying from hemorrhage after biopsy of a small pulmonary nodule that turned out to be benign.
