Been on Wegovy injection for 2 weeks, down 8 lbs

I'll eat dinner, but after a few bites or maybe 1 serving I'll "hit a wall" or when I just no longer have the desire to eat anything else.
Not only will I hit a wall during that meal, but I will no longer have the desire to eat for the rest of the night.
The thing that I like about Wegovy is that I don't have the constant mental battle of "do I eat this or not" like I normally did whenever I would cut calories and diet.
I just simply DON'T have the desire to go eat anything. Or if I do want to eat something, then I'm only urged to eat something small. |

BF went from 22 to 14 (according to my questionable BF scale). Starting to get visible abs. Have definitely lost a bit of muscle as I struggle to eat 1500 calories a day, let alone 200g protein. Still lifting 4 times a week but lifts have gone down about 10% across the board, and I get fatigued much easier.
Overall pretty happy. Going to ride this to 180 / 10% bf then lean bulk up to 195 and repeat. |
