Georgia: No records were created capturing 148,000 2020 mail-in ballot outer envelope signatures for matching to Fulton County records because their new electronic sig verification equipment - wasn't used.
Here the wording is actually "Nothing was scanned, your honor."

Let’s be clear: Libs led by Stacy Abrams conducted an industrial scale sham ballot harvesting operation in order to flood Fulton county with Biden-vote ballots. Election officials willfully disregarded election law to verify signatures “because COVID” allowing all those filled-out and harvested ballots to count, and concocted a fake “burst pipe” to evacuate election monitors and count these ballots alone in the wee hours of the morning.
The courts didn’t want to touch this and basically allowed it because of the potential blowback. Now, 3 years later, the story is trickling out
You guys cheated, we all know it, and thankfully you’ll pay for it with a third Trump term

Here is what the law in Georgia says about requiring this verification:
Absentee ballot return envelopes are printed with an oath which must be signed by the voter. A voter must also provide the number of their driver’s license or identification card. Election officials confirm the oath was signed and compare the voter’s driver’s license number or state identification card number to the voter’s registration information. Ballots with missing information or information that does not conform to the voter’s record are rejected. *
*OCGA 21-2-381: Upon receipt of a timely application for an absentee ballot, a registrar or absentee ballot clerk shall enter thereon the date received. The registrar or absentee ballot clerk shall verify the identity of the applicant and determine, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, if the applicant is eligible to vote in the primary or election involved. In order to verify the identity of the applicant, the registrar or absentee ballot clerk shall compare the applicant’s name, date of birth, and number of his or her Georgia driver’s license or identification card issued pursuant to Article 5 of Chapter 5 of Title 40 on the application with the information on file in the registrar’s office. If the application does not contain the number of the applicant’s Georgia driver’s license or identification card issued pursuant to Article 5 of Chapter 5 of Title 40, the registrar or absentee ballot clerk shall verify that the identification provided with the application identifies the applicant. In order to be found eligible to vote an absentee ballot in person at the registrar’s office or absentee ballot clerk’s office, such person shall show one of the forms of identification listed in Code Section 21-2-417 and the registrar or absentee ballot clerk shall compare the identifying information on the application with the information on file in the registrar’s office.

I suppose you can now argue signature doesn’t mean “signed” like a Jew or something

not like a jew, like a lawyer.
signatures on checks are no longer checked. i don't know of any place that confirms signatures are similar any more.
i sign with a single loop. it bears no resemblance to my actual name. ive bought and sold a lot of RE with a loop.
i voted with a loop last week. just trying to interject some actual discussion. you are too defensive.

i literally asked:
"did i miss where this excerpt contained the word signature?"
it wasn't sarcastic, i read it, supposed I missed it and asked. you didn't give me an excerpt with matching signature to DL card, etc.
edit: i suppose I should have been pedantic about it, where does the matching/verification you reference in your title come into this statute?
your excerpts say signed, not signed similar to DL or verified through magic.

Fani Willis election interference case
No - there was a tacit understanding that Trump needed to go, so they squashed all the bullshit that went on. Like this and PA unconstitutionally changing election laws etc.
Also, as mentioned above, they literally killed the GA gov’s future son in law

Basically, the powers that be quashed everything on procedural grounds
Libs then screamed “NONE OF THE COURTS FOUND ANYTHING” from the tops of their lungs
No shit - they didn’t bother looking into it

One weird trick

https://www.ajc.com/politics/how-georgia-verifies-signatures-on-absentee-ballots/JCF7E2HMGNGG5M3Z4D3SRAXUZM/
Before election officials counted absentee ballots in Georgia, they checked voter signatures to help make sure that ballots came from the voters who returned them.
That verification process reviewed signatures on absentee ballot envelopes when they were received at county election offices. Then ballots are separated from envelopes to protect the secret ballot, leaving no way to link voters to the candidates they chose. The right to cast a ballot in secret is guaranteed by the state Constitution.
Another review of signatures on absentee ballot envelopes wouldn’t change election results during Georgia’s recount. That’s because even if more voter signatures were found to be invalid, election workers couldn’t connect those faulty signatures to a ballot after it’s been removed from the envelope.

guess you guys will have to storm the capitol again over this. it worked out great for you the last time.
During a news conference on Monday, November 23, Sterling said he doesn’t see a signature audit happening unless one is ordered by a judge because “the ballots, at this point, now become the custody of superior court judges and clerks, so I believe that is a little out of our situation on this to then say we are going to go with no specific evidence or explanation to go in and start pulling random ballots out to ‘look at.’ Who pays for this? What’s the protocols around this?”
While the Georgia Secretary of State’s office is reviewing calls for a signature audit, Sterling admitted that the office “can’t really see a legal path that makes any sense” because opening up an investigation based on not liking the results could set a bad precedent for future claims.
“Both parties know the rules on this on the front end,” Sterling said. “So now, coming up with a generalized grievance afterwards that there may have been an issue because ‘the person that I wanted to win, didn’t,’ is not a reason to open an investigation potentially.”
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
aw enforcement and election investigators didn’t find a single fraudulent absentee ballot during an audit of over 15,000 voter signatures, according to a report by the Georgia secretary of state’s office released Tuesday.
The audit contradicted allegations that absentee ballots were rife with fraud after President Donald Trump said the election had been stolen, said Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. Trump lost to Joe Biden by about 12,000 votes in Georgia.
There were 10 absentee ballots that had been accepted but voter signatures didn’t match or signatures were missing, according to the report. But agents from the GBI and investigators with the secretary of state’s office contacted those voters and confirmed they had submitted those ballots.
In one case, a voter’s wife signed her husband’s ballot envelope. Another voter signed the front of the envelope instead of the back. Eight voters had mismatched signatures, but the voters told investigators the signatures were legitimate.
Raffensperger, a Republican said the audit results confirmed the election outcome again after two recounts— both by hand and machine — of all 5 million ballots cast in Georgia’s presidential election.
“The secretary of state’s office has always been focused on calling balls and strikes in elections, and in this case, three strikes against the voter claims and they’re out,” Raffensperger said. “This audit disproves the only credible allegations the Trump campaign had against the strength of Georgia’s signature match process.”
Raffensperger ordered the audit after pressure from Trump and Republican state legislators who alleged that falsified ballots might have thrown the election.

The audit reviewed 15,118 absentee ballot envelopes, pulled from 30 randomly selected boxes, out of over 150,431 total absentee ballots returned in Cobb County, a large enough sample to give a 99% confidence level in the results, according to the report.
The report stated its findings plainly:
“No fraudulent absentee ballots were identified during the audit,” the report said.
Trump took notice of the audit. White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows made a surprise visit to the Cobb County Civic Center where it was taking place last week and asked questions of election officials.
As the signature audit results were released Tuesday evening, Trump complained about the process.
“When are we going to be allowed to do signature verification in Fulton County, Georgia? The process is going VERY slowly,” Trump wrote on Twitter.
The audit took place in Cobb County based on a complaint that signatures weren’t adequately checked there. Raffensperger also plans a statewide audit of each county’s signature match policies and procedures.
While Raffensperger is making the case that absentee ballots were secure, he is also proposing restrictions on them in future elections. Raffensperger asked the Georgia General Assembly to pass laws eliminating no-excuse absentee voting and requiring ID to cast an absentee ballot.
Investigators broke into 18 two-member inspection teams to evaluate voter signatures, comparing them with voter registration forms, absentee ballot applications, passports and other government documents. The looked for word and letter spacing, slant, size, flourishes and alignment.
When at least one member of a team believed a signature didn’t match, the ballot envelope was submitted for further review. Two three-member investigation teams evaluated questionable signatures.
In all, investigation teams scrutinized 396 questionable signatures on ballot envelopes. All but 10 of them were accepted as valid, and then investigators contacted voters to verify those ballots.
Georgia law requires voters to be notified when their absentee ballots are rejected, giving them a chance to verify their identities.
About 0.13% of absentee ballots were rejected because of missing or mismatched signatures in the general election. So far in the U.S. Senate runoffs, election officials have rejected nearly 0.4% of absentee ballots because of signatures issues, though that number might decline as voters correct issues and their ballots are accepted.
