I'll do a cigar on very rare occasions but have never been a tobacco guy. I get switching to zyn to feed a nicotine addiction but don't get why it's all so popular with zoomers who would never dare smoke cigs
Is there any consistent benefit to using them beyond feeding an addiction? Is there any reason to start packing zyns if you don't already have a nicotine addiction and need a less unhealthy avenue to feed it?

Boosts and stabilizes mood.
Increases focus and energy.
Not nearly as addictive when taken sublingually (but still pretty addictive). (For example, I have about 25 pieces of 4 mg nicotine gum everyday, and when I recently forgot to bring some with me on a trip, I had no problem going without it for a few days).
No real health negatives, with the exception of some edge cases for people who already have blood pressure or vascular issues.
Very good evidence that it lowers the likelihood of Parkinson's dementia, and solid evidence. It lowers the risk of other dementias, for example, Alzheimer's.
Lowers the risk of metabolic disease, type 2 diabetes, and pre-diabetes.
Helps you stay thin.
The only real risk is whatever GC chemicals might be in the Zynn.

It's a mode of nicotine ingestion with seemingly zero health pitfalls
Zyns are stealthier / more socially acceptable than vaping
Also I'm increasingly of the opinion that it's a superior buzz. Smoking / vaping hits instantly (which is nice) but the buzz tends be be a bit peaky and jittery. Zyns take a little while to kick in but it's a nice long-tailed buzz
