Anyway, my supporting Ukraine and thinking Trump is a moron and a buffoon do not mean I support open borders. I would be happy to see a wall built and for the asylum farce to end in both the US and Europe.
Having said that, the degree to which I'm worked up over the issue is reduced by my beliefs that 1) American whites aren't that great to begin with, as evidenced by them overwhelmingly supporting Trump and 2) Latinos aren't nearly as bad for the country as Arabs are for Germany. So it's not like we've got some great genetic base to begin with that is being polluted by browns.
I think immigration is more harmful to Europe than it is to the US since the difference between some intelligent, hard-working ethnic German and some lazy Syrian malcontent is enormous. Not so with some cheetoh-eating fat redneck and some hard-working Mexican. |
