Inflated demand due to non-dischargable government backed loans. That’s the primary root cause of out of control tuition generally. Public and non-profit privates dump the money into a horde of DEI administrators (I think I read Stanford literally has one employee for every student, wtf) and for-profits, as one would expect, reap the profits.

Trade school is a better option than a TTT liberal arts degree for a sizable number of kids current pursuing the latter, but shitlib useful idiot teachers overemphasize the value of a “college degree” for dumb poors to “better themselves.”
