Any reason why I shouldn’t lease a Tesla Model 3 for $350 a month?

You can’t buy out a Tesla lease after it is over, but we don’t qualify for the federal tax credit when buying while a lease would qualify. We would probably put 2,500 miles on the car annually while our road trips go on our BMW. No charger, add ons or other equipment, we would charge every other week or so at a super charger.
