Heart beating a bit fast, slightly light headed now.
Have not smoked a cig in years. Moderately elevated baseline blood pressure. Kinda worried gc is adding megacarcinogens purposefully. Should I carry on? Also, should I spit/does it matter? |

A regular cig has maybe 2mg of nicotine... but with cigs, there is instantaneous feedback & regulation... if you start feeling a little too buzzed & lightheaded from a cig, you're just going to take fewer drags from it
Popping in a 6mg Zyn is like chain smoking 3 full strength cigs all in a row & trying to get as many pulls as you can from each one |

Yeah you're going to end up swallowing some of it, which may make your guts rumble or melt a bit more than they would from smoking. You get used to it pretty quickly though.
If you do have an excessive amount of nic juice in your mouth you may want to find a different place for the pouch. When I stick it on the upper gums I usually don't end up overwatering it with saliva. Sometimes I get a bit too much spit on it though... just end up buzzing a bit quicker and the pouch doesn't last as long |

8mg pouch produces a chest burn, unlike lozenges, and the nicotine focus is deeper.
Bits of paper tear off the pouches and float around the mouth. Texture wise wet paper is inferior to smooth solid lozenges. It numbs the gums and cheek more. the oral cancer risk has got to be higher. |
