It's 180 wtf is wrong with you.
And it's way better when the "cream" is a custard or pudding. I think historically it was more of a true dessert cream, à la Barvarian cream or what you'd get in a taste tropézienne. But it's better as a more liquidy vanilla bean custard/cream, like it is in a Dunkin' Boston Kreme donut, and ever so slightly refrigerated. (Did you know it's actually spelled with a "K"? LOL at Dunkin'.)
