sometimes a few sets of those(with a band i can press about 8-10x the first set) is my entire workout for the day if i dont have much time. simple but surprisingly effective, and also plenty gay i think

a lot of shoulder workouts put too much stress on the shoulder joint. the most joint friendly would be simple raises -- front raise, side raise, reverse flies. don't fuck with your shoulder joints.
