I guess. It's all a complete racket. I fucking hate this shit. I hate houses. I hate owning my own home. I'm about 2 seconds from just leaving everyone and everything and moving to souteast asia or California (whichever comes first).

Because education, health, etc is free, u only pay reasonable expenses. But in usa only a true cuckold would raise somebody else's child. Same with all types of insurance it's all part of being a cuck/wage cuck. U could get an apartment right on the vost 100km outside a major city in Spain for 100k. U pay a bit more if u want something fancy or closer to a major city(on the beach). But none of that bullshit with hoa/tax/insurance. Fuck usa. BTW u can buy nice souvenir trinkets for 5euro and wine bottle 4euro. I could just go off to Europe but because of high hoa and tax and insurance it wouldn't be worth it. Might as well just sell this property in a few years and go off to euro. Sure in Florida I can swim most days of the year. But of all of Mediterranean has at least 6 month beach season and when you're not at the beach u actually got nice restaurants and don't need a car to get around. Nice is cheaper than miami.. I bet malaga area is much cheaper... but I heard Spain cancelled its golden visa so anything u buy there u can't even live fulltime without getting a visa. She wants things to "look pretty" and be "calm." I look at physical things and I literally start fretting and freaking out about insurance, costs of ownership, opportunity cost, etc. It's been over 2 years and I still won't let her buy a bed frame for our bed (matress rests on the floor), although I did let her spend like $1000 buying some night stands and other fast furniture crap that we don't need. Also, because she bought it online, she bought two stands for something she only needed one of and then didn't return the other stand.
