I often keep it toward the front of my mouth, it seems to last longer that way. I'll put it more toward the side if I'm interacting with people though; there's a slight bulge in the lip area if I keep it in front
The liquor store I frequent doesn't carry the full assortment of flavors - just a couple of the minty ones. I want to suggest to them to carry smooth because who the fuck wants their beer to taste like toothpaste? |

Also if you stick with it, your body adjusts pretty quickly and the stomach irritation goes away |
