I stopped wearing it (regularly) years ago.
If I'm bathing every day (after working out in the morning), I absolutely do not need it for a normal work day.
That said, this started after I started using finatseride. It's possible that I'm only able to get away with this because of the fin.
Also should note that I'm in exceptional physical and metabolic shape. It take A LOT to get me to sweat. I also wear a t-shirt every day and I only wear a jacket when it gets below like 40 degrees. And even then, I often just wear a buttdown shirt as a "jacket".
When you're in really good shape you are basically neutral to temperature. Takes a lot to get hot or cold.
