Nurses make 100k+ even in shit towns. There’s also a whole class of similarly-paying jobs invisible to lawyers, between true proles and VPs. Like McDonalds regional manager or CVS supply chain guy or some shit.
The remainder are investor properties where you try to get it to cash flow positive renting to the next level down and make most of your profit on the back end after gentrification, inflation and/or market topping. |
