Its like 98% white with 90,000 people so its large enough with tons of shit to do, but small enough to where you can always find parking, traffic isn't bad. People are genuinely nice and chill here, no affectation and drive more defensively than offensively. The restaurants are 180 billion. Downsides are it is ridiculously expensive, threat of wildfires half the year, as well as cold and rainy the other half.
