THIS GUY WAS FOUND BY IMMIGRATION COURT TO BE DEPORTABLE AND HIS LAWYER CEDES THAT ISSUE.
The snafu was that one court, processing a particular kind of asylum claim, had issued a temp order that he not be deported to El Salvador, and only El Salvador. US had every legal right to deport him anywhere else on earth.
And while he was not proven in court to be MS-13, there is evidence to support that he is. The issue was never adjudicated.
So, in a light most generous to libs, the argument in his favor is, "the process should have been completed to determine if the country to receive him should be el salvador or some other country".
Libs instead have framed it as "he deserves to be here and was illegally deported" |
