doesn't this undermine confidence in american justice system?

and won't juries be more and more comprised of people looking to write a book or become an influencer based on their jury experience?

people might even lie to get on a jury for fame.

also, what are the chances the jurors on the next trial are going to come in without having formed an opinion about clancy and the evidence?

also, lawyers who are on a losing side can encourage jurors to come forward because anything they say can only help an appeal because they'll say stupid shit that shows they weren't following the law.
