-you have and have always had visibly weak wrists and dainty hands, which is often a giveaway when they're not coordinate to a more developed physique.

It's probably just a combination of IF and eating only real food. If you look back at beach pics from the 20s and 30s, you'll see that plenty of guys looked like me (except less muscle because lifting wasn't a thing)
