I now have fulltime day job working 38weeks, no weekends. If I offer them to work weekends, but on 7on/21off or 14on/42off schedule at half the pay, I will essentially work weekends at the same hourly rate, good deal for them. But I'll keep my benefits and will be able to take 6week vacation and essentially live in Europe and just come back 14days at a time to work.
And as long as I keep my 2nd parttime job where I moonlight 5pm-9pm I would be able to actually make more per daily shift and pay less tax since overall I would make less
