You wouldn't think you'd need 25% for other shit but you'd be shocked how many people come in and say that (e.g.) millionaires who are accused of committing tax evasion are all guilty of tons of other shit too and deserve to be hanged in the street.
But you can't realistically get an all-woman jury; I've tried a couple times and didn't even get close (and on the most prominent example I can think of they elected one of the 3 women to be foreman and she totally hung my guy). You also can't get a "young" jury. |
