Not talking about stuff I go fishing for or stuff that llms hallucinate "mattering" that don't matter. Stuff that actually results in failures in the program. Granted the stuff is always easy to fix, and sol on high will take 15 minutes to fix it with a well scoped prompt. But this happens a lot.
