They have arrived on Spanish soil, but no one knows how a humanitarian emergency like the one the autonomous city is experiencing right now will be addressed. The reception center has not been able to cope for days, with the doors closed, without places. Hundreds, which at times will be thousands, swirl there, in the surroundings.
