The only way is to do it in republican primaries. for example, I will feel better if Lindsay Graham loses in SC than if any Dem loses. it's tough though. media/donors love amnesty so there's pressure.
there has to be a sustained movement to stay home by conservatives if GOP house passes any amnesty.
