4. i bought way too much food. not objectively but i underestimated how little i'd want to eat.

5. without the jack, benadryl and earplugs i don't think i would've slept at all

6. I had 5G Ultra Wide Band for much of the trip

7. Not once did someone come up behind me. I think I ran into 3 parties total, always going the other direction.

8. The hiking itself was unremarkable. I used my faggy trekking poles again with better results.

9. I think I'm dehydrated. piss is kinda dark. I thought i was drinking water but i guess not.

10. If i didn't have headphones the entire time i would've killed myself.

11. Camp setup went as well as expected. I made a fire and boiled water for various noodle, bean and rice packets.

12. I hung my food (not bear country) shittily and nothing was eaten.

13. The tent was claustrophobic as all get out. The sleeping bag was hot as fuck and i didn't use it except to spoon. I used my backpack as a pillow. the shitty inflatable pillow i bought was worse.

14. Being in nature really revealed what is happening unconsciously for me. When i tried to sleep I literally heard sirens in my head, which means I think I am on constant 24/7 emergency mode. All i could think about was being murdered and/or accosted by animals. It took enormous will power to convince myself to sleep, which was the highlight of the trip for me.

15. The hike back today was bad. I was tired as fuck. almost blew my load massaging my feet at mile 10.

16. The 1 group I talked to was middle aged ladies at like 8am today. They asked about my faggy mosquito face mask.

17. There were various bathrooms but i took a shit in the woods for the hell of it. more labor intensive than I would've liked.

18. I had various personal and religious revelations about the nature of evil, God, etc. which I will elaborate over the coming week.
