I, too, would choose not to use my abilities (if I was Benzo and I had his incredible financial acumen and trading talents) to turn an initial $100 seed investment into ~$20 million dollars in under a month. CR, Benzo is literally too stupid and lazy to even graduate from college, let alone get into and graduate from a law school and then pass a bar examination. Well that and the fact that Benzo's lengthy criminal record which includes multiple recent felon convictions for crimes of moral turpitude (some also involving acts of violence committed against the disabled and the elderly) would almost certainly independently doom him in the "Character & Fitness" portion of that process, as well. Plus as far as I'm aware, Benzo has never been able to get hired at any job in the first place (forget "failing" at one, he never even got far enough along in the process to find himself in a position to "fail").

So I agree, we really shouldn't be comparing Benzo and TSINAH (who has a college degree and a JD and passed C&F and also passed a bar exam and who has held down several jobs for extended periods of time in his life) under any circumstances. It's objectively night and day even if you want to shit on TSINAH.
