my mom took me for lessons when I was maybe 11 or 12, I got in this swimming pool setup like a relay, with a bunch of other kids who were probably like anywhere from 6+, whites, asians etc.
teacher says he wants to see where Im at already to get an idea of my level or whatever, I literally had never done a single breaststroke in my life whatever its called
its pretty shallow for me, so I walk toward the deep end and then try my best to just intuit it, ended up just splashing around like a retard, no forward motion, like just slamming my giant black legs kicking the water and pwning all the little kids around me with giant waves
didnt really improve that lesson, in the changing room all the parents were looking at me, out in the parking lot as I was leaving, my mom was waiting in the car and one of the dads came over to me as I was alone and started making fun of me, forgot what he said but he made a snide remark something like "you need a lot of work/lessons" and walke doff |
