well, this is my (half joking) thread: http://www.xoxohth.com/thread.php?thread_id=5195472&mc=142&forum_id=2

i distrust establishment narratives as a default, but i have no special knowledge around dinosaurs one way or the other. most of the public believes that dinosaur bones exist in whole form instead of being interpreted resin casts of empty spaces "discovered" by rockefeller funded "scientists", so there is certainly a major disconnect between public understanding vs. what's purported to be real. oil as "fossil fuels" is a fake label

well, politically, i shared with you that i think the iran war is to a significant extent about forcing a pivot to the IMEC corridor to give israel control over the flow of energy to europe. the news released publicly is just so bottom tier goyslop

in general, i've been a neo-malthusian (and subsequently peak-oilist, with the peak pushed off due to fracking advances and cheap financing) for a long time -- natural resources are drastically depleting, world population is too large, the public numbers are cooked, EROEI which powers industrial civilization is collapsing, pressures are forcing the elites toward population reduction and neofeudalism -- but i'm not so sure these days. the abiotic theory of oil suggests that it regenerates, although perhaps not as fast as the reserves are being exploited. to some extent natural resource limitations are being used as excuse for elite power centralization, so its hard to know whats real and whats fake. but the dramatic decrease in biodiversity and wild animal populations seems real to me

I think there’s some truth to this, the faction of Azazel worshipers have introduced too much technology at too rapid a rate and allowed spirits that wouldn’t incarnate on the earth at this time to populate and consume resources at a clip more than can be sustained (Georgia Guidestones et al)

This is why they have periodic cullings to keep the herd in check and historically we’re due likely in our lifetime, something they’re likely testing with Ukraine rn to be hybridized with world war 1 meat grinder and biologics

Again, the goat sacrifice that the Jews did on the holiest day of the year Yom Kippur coming up was to appease Azazel who brought ill-begotten technology and forbidden arts like metallurgy, warfare to humans not Satan/The Adversary - even cosmetics and looksmaxxing

"This is why they have periodic cullings to keep the herd in check and historically we’re due likely in our lifetime". fertility rates of whites and asians are below replacement and getting worse, so there's an ongoing slow motion culling already happening

Even high fertility areas in Africa are starting to see steep declines in births.

I had this theory that immigration policy the past couple decades has been a sort of neo-colonialism with first world countries robbing former colonies of their bodies. Decision makers saw our population trajectory and decided to start importing consumers. They don't care about nationality or culture, they just want bodies. Not that initiative is cooked so we're allowed a politician like Trump to come in and close off the border.

We've switched from bringing in new consumers to prop up gdp during the population crunch to betting on AI making everything more efficient to keep GDP up.

I think population decline is the biggest unnoticed aspect of our era. We still live with this mindset of growth and needing more housing etc. But that's actually dead. Our children will live with a constricting society. I drove thru the midwest recently and saw lots of towns all boarded up. I think that's the future. Fewer small towns (at least vibrant ones) and greater concentration.

my understanding is that africa has been stubbornly resistant to the declines of birthrates experienced elsewhere, in large part due to insufficient average IQ - they don't use birth control. their TFR is still like 6. middle east TFR has collapsed though.

yes, the future is going to be much bleaker for most people than the hopeful, increasing-materialism of the past 300-400 years. this is a big part of why a shift to a non-redemptive god image is so important, imo, because the increased disconnect between the hope/demand for future redemption and what people are experiencing is causing massive psychosomatic pressure in the population

you may also appreciate this: "Now, here’s a study from 2012 that I’m sure many of you know: The Evolutionary Dominance of Ethnocentric Cooperation. The short of it is, the model is a lattice where cells in it have the ability to reproduce with a small chance of mutation, with four possible strategies subject to that mutation: cooperation or defection with ingroup and likewise with outgroup, which then affects the reproductive potential of the interacting agents. Those that defected on their own ingroup did terribly, whereas universal cooperators and ethnocentric cooperators both did very well up until the lattice became full, at which point ethnocentrics came to completely dominate."

https://autistocrat.substack.com/p/economics-vs-evolutionary-biology

https://jasss.soc.surrey.ac.uk/16/3/7.html

in other words, ethnocentric cooperators - which i really see as ethno/religious cooperators - "win" in the study against universal cooperators, which is perhaps part of the reason why upper elite jews are dominating so thoroughly, and religious jewish birthrates have very high fertility rates (unlike mormons, christians and muslims, which are collapsing; amish are still doing well, i guess)

I think that theory is pretty roundly accepted as true. Although people don't frame it as neo-colonialism. But I think everyone agrees that it's about importing consumers/cheap labor. Even the useful idiots on the left tacitly admit this and always point to the cost of strawberries going up or how illegals contribute to the economy.

If interested on oil stuff, you should read Simon Michaux's work on this: http://tupa.gtk.fi/raportti/arkisto/70_2019.pdf

Very long, but incredible read.

The issue isn't so much a lack of oil as it is the slowing down in growth of energy resources per capita. And rising world powers want access to more energy, but there isn't enough to raise everyone's living standards to the standard of westerners because of the oil per capita growth issue.

The US is arguably sacrificing Europe in order to maintain our own standard of living and energy dominance. Europe's (((leaders))) have made the decision to try and keep the wheels turning by importing human detritus so as to allow money to flow through the system to keep the game going as long as possible. And the European population has been browbeaten in terms of "climate" (lmao) and "colonialism" to accept it. And increasingly, those who don't accept it are arrested (also LMAO).

The fundamental issue is that without meaningful energy growth, you cannot have real economic growth. The world is fighting over an energy pie that isn't growing fast enough and it seems as though the US is basically doing whatever it can to ensure it owns / controls the largest portion of the growth. Even if it means short-term spikes in debt. And naturally there is no guarantee that this will "work," but the alternative is to be like Europe and be totally fucking done.

Thanks. Yes I am decently familiar. Honest Sorcerer is WAAAAAAYYY too much of a climate cuck IMO. I think the bigger problem with most of these guys is that they are just *so sure* that civilization is going to end any day now. They have not updated their priors in any real way since 2008.

Though to be fair to them, 2008 was for sure caused by a brief tightening in oil supply in Saudi Arabia and that jammed up the financial pipes in a big way. But TPTB have completely changed their modus operandi in response to 2008 and the US in particular has effectively moved into a true imperial posture on this stuff.

I have recommended her to you before, by Gail Tverberg is amazing on this stuff. She definitely gets it and has been talking about the diesel / jet fuel per capita issue for a long time. https://ourfiniteworld.com/

Doomberg on Substack is also excellent and has a much more sober lens on energy than the doomers IMO (despite their name).

And to one of your big points, everything else is more-or-less a show. "They" have figured out that the rabble can be controlled, or at least kept busy, with "the current thing."
