Until one day you get "back pain" or indigestion or weight loss, and even if you bother to look at that point, its way too late, because it has been growing in an organ nested deeply within the other organs surrounding it. And basically 1 out of every 8 posters has it already or will get it in the next 5 years but just has no reason to look.

Daraxonrasib is going to lead to cures in pancreatic cancer. In 10-20 years it will have a good survival rate like many other cancers. Modern medicine is amazing.
