Depending on your definition of "never," this may be true.

The Big Bang as lambda cdm described it as a singularity at t = 0 13.8 mya described by the FLRW metric throughout is almost certainly wrong. But something obviously happened in our causal past that produced the perfect blackbody recorded in the CMB.

Because the 13.8 billion year ago bang number requires the hubble constant, requires the FLRW metric, and requires the cosmological constant, and a bunch of other parameters and chain of assumptions that are completely fucking broken. The number 13.8 billion years isn't measured. It's the output in a model where you have the hubble constant, whch is COMPLETELY FUCKING BROKEN and currently unknown at the 7.1 sigma level, matter density which is inferred from fits to the same data, dark energy density which has no fucking theoretical groudning at like 120 orders of magnitude, curvature that is assumed from the cosmological principle (which is most definitely fucking wrong now for many reasons, for instance us sitting in an absolutely massive void) and other things. The 13.8 billion year number is exactly reliable as these inputs. It isn't some measurement with an error bar on it.

Another big thing is the JWST "impossible" galaxies, which based on the above are probably there because they have been sitting there for a trillion years (or 100s of billions or whatever, who the fuck even knows)

well, its certaintly not what your limp-dicked dad gave to your mom

however, it was a theory which aired from September 24, 2007, to May 16, 2019, running for 12 seasons and 279 episodes
