Sometimes I just stop by and say I’m there for a visit to get a free coffee lol. Couple times a week at least but you have to rotate prisons or they catch on. sometimes I make the latte at home but usually I order it because I'm so tired in the morning and the delicious latte gives me reason to wake up
NOTE: my insulin sensitivity is fantastic due to my whole, varied diet; otherwise the sugar in the latte would make this backfire |
