Oh yeah, my generator runs on propane, but I use natural gas for it. It also runs off gasoline, but LJL at using gasoline right now. If we're being honest, I make 95% of my steaks on a cast iron stovetop grill. I do a reverse sear, putting them in the oven until they're done. If I'm cooking for a party, I just cook it all sous vide and then sear it at the end. |
