If the former, why? If the latter what’s your plan to build out your network to bring in those productions, or is there someone else involved who has credits and connections on that side of the business?
Do you or does anyone involved have any kind of existing development deal?
Is it in LA or out in some IE or valley shithole like a porn company?

Do you have relationships with agencies or any key talent? I don’t really get the logic of starting this when so many sound stages and production infrastructure companies are dying right now unless the play is to buy up their assets for pennies on the dollar and you already have a line on a substantial amount of the assets you’ll buy and a clear path to developing a pipeline of productions. Local and county incentives are in process of being passed that stack on top of the traditional state-level incentive – meaning our studio will be the most cost effective around. And we have substantial local support at the city level.
