Tommy, I'm up about 15% on the basket of high yield dividends I told you about (GIS, KHC, CAG) on stock price alone. Plus they pay a blended yield near around 6.5% even after CAG cut its dividend in half this week
Also up about 10% on PFE since then |

If I didn't buy CAG earlier in the year, I'd have gone with CPB when it crossed into the 7%+ dividend range
I almost scooped a little ETD (was only going to get 10 - 20k since it's a microcap) at 21 like a week ago, but decided to hold out for 20. Looks like I missed out. This one is more cyclical, so buy a bunch when you feel like we're on the lower end of a cycle and then hold
I have a list on my other computer of things I'm checking periodically for when they fall far enough. Things like AMCR, MO, etc. |

PEP, SJM, MKC are too close to something like SCHD in yield that I would rather buy SCHD for diversification, but the food picks themselves do have a lot of principle appreciation opportunity if/when dynamics change. Potentially really good buys for people with different needs than mine |
