When he was 17 his dad sent him to be the water boy for the primordial soup version of the Quds force at the tail end of the Iran-Iraq war, and he’s been the IRGC’s favored successor to Khamenei for 25+ years. Anything he’s “said” since Feb 28th is just the IRGC brass using him as their sock puppet, which is why his “statements” are always “written down” and delivered by them, and why he’s “too scared to be seen in public” despite every other major figure in the regime making multiple public appearances including especially at his dad’s memorial.
Does that mean it’s a good thing that the IRGC has assumed full control and supreme leader level authority over Iran’s government? No, that’s bad, but it’s also a completely acceptable outcome for Bibi who always wants to empower the most wild eyed Islamists so he can claim that there’s no path forward other than killing Muslims, because that’s his favorite thing to do. Sadly Trump is a retard and wasn’t even capable of hiring someone who understood 20% of this context, let alone how completely incapable he is of retaining any of it in his own dementia beset brain. |
