She also said telehealth was just as good as in person visits and admitted she had never been in a room with her patient before the trial. She also never contacted any of her relatives or family nor solicited her other medical records from McLean, never even asked for a HIPAA release. She relied on the patient to be 100% truthful lol.
Then Nurse Jollatta who was a hundred times more competent than her main shrink was like yeah telehealth is fucking bullshit. You need to see the patient in person, which I did exactly twice and everything after that was essentially emails sent through MyChart. The state almost had a good witness for the first time in the trial but this bitch presented so many facts such as her anxiety level going from a 19/30 to a 21/30 over time, and all the confessions of suicidal ideation.
Tufts was the most pompous uncaring witness I can ever remember who told the jury she couldn't take notes by hand because she had to follow a prompt inside the computer. Lol. And then there was Dr. Alia Goodheart from McLean who is Indian with a thick accent and shaved head (mustve married a white dude) who was like I have no clue what I'm doing. Goodheart was somehow worse than Tufts although she only saw Lindsay once I think. But this is the lady who was on vacation for 4/5 days that Lindsay was actually in the hospital and spoke to her for like 20 minutes.
Jesus Christ lmao. To say nothing of the two morbidly obese attorneys for the Commonwealth who keep saying "um" before every sentence.
At least Lindsay will get to go home some day and hug her parents vs a lifetime of corrections behind a glass wall.
PS don't forget the female ER doc missing an arm below the elbow who testified she didn't remember anything and had no recollection about treating Lindsay at the Brigham. Had no idea this bitch was paralyzed and transected two vertebra. Defense counsel had to tear her a new asshole for this shit testimony. All these faggot doctors are in the tank for the state it's an embarrassment.
State in closing is going to be incredibly lulzy trying to find their theme after none of the testimony supported their opening arguments. |
