Vast majority of economissts (who are 83% registered Democrats as a profession) believe deregulation causes economic growth and we've seena bunch of that under Trump.

Also the corp tax exemption for r&d investment. That is another that is generally viewed as economically beneficial by economists.

Typically they make it much easier for oil companies to invest towards further resource utilization. Though they often don't "harvest" these returns until a Dem is in office. Largely because the Dem makes it harder to do new drilling, thus limiting capital investment, but also driving higher ROIC.
