(1) the guy already committing a violent felony will not hurt me if I cooperate
(2) the guy with lethal means to take my stuff, but who hasn't yet killed me, IS nonetheless willing (and immediately prepared) to kill me if I dont cooperate
(3) the guy's weapon that he has not yet discharged is real and loaded
(4) the guy's first shot will be bodily damaging enough to make a badass on-camera defensive draw + minimum attempted murder charges against him not worth it for me
(5) my draw will not outpace his hesitation in any event
It's not like your standard black chicago gas station robber is Billy the Kid
