She will be visiting the Russian Consulate tomorrow - for some reason they only open on MWF.

From what I remember, the law generally recognizes premarital assets as separate until you start commingling them (e.g., merging checking accounts, etc.).
With kids, the courts don't care about prenups. you have an obligation to take care of/support the kid regardless of what hte prenup says.

So the next morning I tell her to come over early because I have to take a half day off work just to go to Gangnam District office with her. She was staying at her friend's house and couldnt sleepover at my place. She texts me on Kakaotalk and tells me she overslept. At this point I'm getting nervous because I think she is trying to back out last minute. I tell her to hurry up and meet me in Gangnam so we can visit the office together. About 10 minutes later she texts me saying shes on the subway to Gangnam. Suddenly, she texts me on Kakao saying that a foreigner on the train tried to talk to her, and even yelled at her, calling her a "sexy lady". Turns out the guy was Russian.
Now Im worried. Why the fuck is she with some random Igor fuck she met on the fucking subway the day were supposed to be legally married? Is he her pimp? Are they going to kidnap me and cut out my kidneys? She had warned me about gopniks - apparently these are Russian gangsters and they are quite violent.
Thankfully when she arrived at the subway station she was alone and there was no shady Russian dewd tailing us. I still felt a little sketched out so I asked her what the guy looked like just in case she needed to go to the police. Told me that he was wearing bright clothing and a hat.
We head to Gangnam District office and by the time we arrive I am feeling better. Get in queue, fill out the forms, pay some fees and now it was just a couple of days until I got the marriage certificate. My new wife is all smiles and I know I made the right decision.
We leave the building and next to the front entrance the elevator door slowly slides open and a gyrating Russian man wearing a neon green shirt and cowboy hat appears. She looks at me in horror. I whisper to my wife, "Oppan Gangnam Style".
