Date: July 10th, 2026 6:13 PM Author: Idiotic Provocative Keepsake Machete Telephone I have the opportunity to acquire some empty buildings in the middle of a small town. It's a portfolio of about 20 properties, maybe 100,000 square feet total. Can buy all of it or some of it.
Looking for something cool or innovative to put into the buildings that will become a destination and drive traffic to the town. The buildings are pretty cheap so I can be flexible about giving people a chance to maek it without paying huge rent, at least initially. |
