I got done mowing today and somehow it occurred to me that wealthy people in huge cities probably have never had to do this. Not just because they hire it out but bc they live in condos or brownstones. RSF was raised in MFH so it would make sense if he never had to mow a lawn like a prole like myself

I replaced a shitty gas one with a push reel and it’s great. I got tired of spending time tinkering with the engine and belt and decided to try this out. I also wanted to do it before 7am or so and couldn’t do that with a gas one. I have a Scott’s 20 inch push reel

You don’t need it to be a “lawn” with grass. You can do different landscaping to add small trees and ground cover and all sorts of things that don’t require mowing grass. I agree that grass itself is not 180 but lawns definitely are.
