Just like how in humans our best ideas are often 'wrong' like take Jeff Bezos coming up with the idea that you could bundle free two day shipping with movies and entertainment. If you want it to be accurate and not hallucinate it's not going to invent caselaw that doesn't exist. But it won't be brilliant either.
