what does islam say abt muhammad and aishia, how old was she, wld he be considered a pedofile

## Muhammad and Aisha in Islam

In the traditional hadith record, Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī and Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim report that Aisha said the marriage contract was made when she was **six** (some reports say seven), and that the marriage was consummated when she was **nine**. [1][2][3]

The sources also report that she remained married to Muhammad ﷺ for nine years and was eighteen when he died. [4][5]

## Would Islam call him a pedophile?

**No—not in the Islamic framework.** Classical Islamic scholarship treats the marriage as a valid marriage and cites it when discussing the legal possibility of marrying a minor; it does not characterize Muhammad ﷺ as sexually deviant or abusive. [6][7]

But **“pedophile” is a modern psychological and legal label, not a category used in the Qur’an, hadith, or classical Islamic law.** The historical reports establish the reported ages and the marriage; they do not provide a basis for a modern clinical diagnosis. The materials examined did not provide clinical diagnostic criteria by which that label could responsibly be applied.

It is fair to say plainly that many people today find a marriage consummated at age nine morally troubling. Islam’s traditional position, however, is that this particular marriage was legitimate; that does **not** by itself settle contemporary legal, medical, or ethical questions about child marriage today. Classical jurists themselves discussed welfare and interest, and al-Nawawi is cited as recommending that a father normally wait until a girl reaches maturity and can be consulted, unless a clear benefit would be lost by waiting. what does islam say abt these arabs and pakis who have sex with goats?

Islam does not connect bestiality with being Arab, Pakistani, Indian, or any ethnicity. It is wrong to stereotype whole peoples—or use ethnic slurs—because of alleged acts by individuals.

Islamic jurists hold that sex with an animal is categorically forbidden and a grave immoral act; Sayyid Sabiq states that scholars unanimously prohibit it.

They differed about the legal punishment in classical law: the majority held that it receives discretionary judicial punishment (taʿzīr), while other reported views analogized it to adultery or prescribed a harsher penalty.

So the Islamic position is simple: the act is forbidden regardless of who commits it; nationality does not make an entire population guilty or morally defined by it.
