I refid 30 year to 3.25% 2 months ago and these rates are looking juicy enough in temped to go again.

get a mortgage broker who can shop them around. BOA and Wells are notoriously higher on mortgages. They count on dupes just refinancing with them because they have their checking account there and its "easier" as if paying a mortgage on a second website is that hard.

If I were you, i'd contact a mortgage broker, get him to quote you a rate, then run back to your BFF at BOA and see if they match it. Chances are, they suddenly will get approval to give you a lower rate

Cr, and make sure to survey local credit unions too. I got the best result from them.

I ultimately would not go with a fly-by-night internet place where you aren't dealing with one person and they lose all ur paperwork 5x.

If you have $$$, you can tell Bank X you'll move all ur shit to them if they beat the low bid, etc.

those can't be real. around 2% for 15 year fixed? I'd like to believe but when you call even if you have perfect credit the real rate is probably higher.

i am currently locked at 2.375 30 year, i think 15s should be expected to be slightly less, so not that unrealistic.
