He was driving recklessly while hopped up on goofballs and tutu and flipped his car. And this isn't his first DUI or inebriated wreck. He's going to kill someone eventually.
Presumably, the prosecutors were afraid to try the case and possibly lose, so they agreed to a weak plea. |
