and it's not a great one, because the weaker side was on the defense in this conflict, but it would have to be Babur's war against Ibrahim Lodi, culminating in the first battle of Panipat.

In this case, Babur's men were like Iran: they had weapons their opponents had never seen before. Totally new technology. Gunpowder. Ibrahim Lodi's men were primarily armed with wooden sticks and trained for CQC, so the battle consisted of Babur's men using pistols and cannons gun down of all of Ibrahim Lodi's men, who had no idea what was even happening.

It's almost almost the opposite of Babur at Panipat considering US is vastly more technologically advanced than Iran (US has vastly more sophisticated aircraft, sensors, precision weapons and many other things), and the advantage Iran has is cheaper expendable weapons and drones in large quantities and geography that lets it impose disproportionate costs

the US has no idea how Iran's missiles even work. We have no working prototypes of anything that can remotely compete

Which Iranian missile specifically? Name the Iranian missile and name the technology in it that the US supposedly cannot replicate.

Yeah because the US definitely doesn't have hypersonic glide vehicles or understand how they work
