I assume this is flame but my buddy claims he got approached to be considered for a 4th-6th year associate position. He’s 44 and has been inhouse for 15+ years. I said bullshit recruiters spamming LinkedIn aren’t “approaches” and he claimed he got a cold email from the hiring partner in the group who heard about him from another partner at the firm who is his friend’s wife.
