Early 30s friend is a Private Equity baller. Got on HGH, roids, plastic surgery

now he makes $500k+ as a private equity baller, apparently through sheer grinding and networking (i haven't really kept up with him through the years).
last time i met him, he was jacked and looked like a fitness model. he told me he sees special doctors and takes HGH and some other steroids (didn't go into details). he obviously had a hair transplant, plastic surgeries around the jaw and nose, regular skin treatments, etc.
essentially he turned himself from a male 3 into a male 7-8, which is a huge leap that you can't do naturally. still short though, which is his only flaw i guess.
on top of that, he's dating a total stunner - not a bimbo, just a really high-quality wholesome and cute girl who would have been way beyond his league naturally.
he tells me that, with all the substances he's taking, he's sharper than ever, always feeling good psychologically. he has much more energy to work and have fun. as a result, he's killing it at his job as well as outside of it.
so he translated his financial gains into life-maxing, which then translates into more financial gains. seems like the guy truly has it all.
honestly, i've never seen someone make such a 180 on their life trajectory before. i would have never believed it. i hadn't seen the guy for almost a decade and it blew me away. |
