Keep in mind, they might pay for dockage occasionally but they won't pay it year around. That seems like too much trouble to me but it isn't unreasonable.

But a boat kept at a marina that is ocean capable is usually UMC. You are going to be paying like 30-50K per year for it. Maybe 20K minimum if its tiny and you barely take it out.
