This is the single biggest difference between those making under $100k and more making $100k+. They are unable to think about what info, data, etc they have and try to answer questions/get clarity on something, but rather they can only describe their work inputs and outputs and the process they do between and hope that answers your questions.

And I get 3 emails, multiple files, none of it answering my question, and walked through a process where the location people send them X data, she puts in it folder Y, she puts the values in file Z, etc. And I have to stop and be like... can I get the inventory at location A? |
