Does post-industrial society just move towards phenotype Curation?

It’s not 1800 and we don’t need large families of Losers to work to support the system (we have URMs and ORMs for this). All that’s left is to Curate phenotypes which means inflicting Losers with maximum suffering. I feel like the world hates me and it’s impossible to get laid.
